Delivering your Order

All Skismart deliveries and collections are free via our exclusive courier partner, DPD.

Deliveries are on a guaranteed ‘next day’ basis.

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email from us followed by a text message from your courier. On the day of delivery you will receive a further text message with a one hour slot for delivery. If the proposed time is unsuitable you may reschedule the delivery or opt to pick it up later from a convenient collection point  – there are over 2,500 of these across the United Kingdom!

In all cases the delivery must be signed for when received.

Returning your Order

We’ve made it simple for you to return your hire items after your holiday.

Just pack your clothing into the original delivery box, apply the return delivery label provided and drop it off at a convenient collection point. There are over 2,500 of these across the United Kingdom.

If you are unable to reach a collection point, Skismart can arrange a courier collection from your home or office. Please note that an additional charge will apply for this service.
