The types of data we retain:

  2. Customers
  3. Suppliers
  4. Members of the public not falling into the above categories

 

ENQUIRIES

We may store such data in the following ways:

  • Gmail – on our email system
  • Facebook messenger
  • Twitter direct messaging

The Directors and staff of Skismart Limited have access to this information.

We retain this data for a maximum of 12 months or for as long as we continue to provide a legitimate business service with the subject.

Data may be deleted earlier by a subject invoking their Right to Erasure.

 

CUSTOMERS

We may store such data in the following ways:

  • Gmail – on our email system
  • Website – on our booking platform
  • Payment verification – on our online payment platform with Sage
  • Delivery information – on our distribution interface with DPD
  • Mizmoz – our marketing platform

Access to each location is controlled and limited by Company Directors.

We retain this data for a maximum of 12 months or for as long as we continue to provide a legitimate business service with the subject and / or as required by law and regulated bodies such as HMRC.

Data may be deleted earlier by a subject invoking their Right to Erasure.

 

SUPPLIERS

We retain supplier details on our internal secure network. Details are purged annually unless the business relationship remains actually or potentially active.

MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC NOT FALLING INTO THE ABOVE CATEGORIES

We do not retain data relating to members of the public whatsoever. Any information captured via our social media channels are deleted within 30 days of receipt.
